Job Description

As an Email Marketing and Prospecting Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth for this exciting venture. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead email outreach campaigns using HubSpot CRM and custom templates
  • Manage and optimize the CRM database to ensure accurate, up-to-date prospect information
  • Craft compelling responses to inquiries and conduct strategic follow-ups
  • Coordinate and schedule high-value meetings between prospects and the business development manager
  • Collaborate on refining email templates and prospecting strategies for maximum impact
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Adapt outreach approaches based on market trends and client feedback



Requirements
  • Proven track record in email marketing, lead generation, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Self-starter mentality with the drive to excel in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with UK and European business cultures and communication norms
  • Basic understanding of the staffing or recruitment industry (advantageous)
  • Availability to work flexibly, typically between 10 AM to 4 PM UK time
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and market dynamics
