ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

Simply Eloped is the leading elopement company in the world. Supported by our proprietary technology, we plan and perform thousands of ceremonies on an annual basis. We are located in 34 destinations around the US and are supported by a venue network of over 800 venues nationwide. We’re passionate about elopements!

Our Venue & Vendor Partnerships Associate plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our network of venues. You will be responsible for ensuring venue satisfaction, managing recruitment and expansion, and providing operational support. This role is essential for maintaining a seamless and positive experience for both our internal teams and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Venue Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with venues by regularly assessing their satisfaction levels and swiftly addressing any concerns. Act as the primary contact for pricing, operations, and policies.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Actively recruit new venues and oversee their onboarding processes to ensure effective integration into our network.
  • Internal Teams Support: Ensure the Sales and CX teams have a clear understanding of each venue by frequently updating venue pages, helping to manage customer expectations.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
  • Operation Assistance: Support the Operations Manager with various initiatives aimed at expanding services, including identifying new venues and market opportunities. Facilitate smooth communication regarding any required legal documents or insurance requirements.
  • Communication and Support: Ensure that all venue-related information is readily available and accessible to relevant teams, promoting efficiency and informed decision-making.

SUCCESSFUL VENUE & VENDOR PARTNERSHIPS ASSOCIATE CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage operations effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in learning new technologies and systems quickly
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment with excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including grammar
  • Comfort in handling complex or challenging venue situations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Docs) and ability to multitask
  • Must have self-motivation
  • 1-3 years experience in partnerships or project management

IT’S A BONUS IF:

  • You have a background in venue management or event planning.
  • You bring prior experience in customer service.
  • You have experience working in a cross-functional role.
