Position Overview
St. Jude is seeking a ServiceNow Architect (Principal or I) to own, design, and deliver transformative solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. These innovative solutions will address critical challenges, enhancing overall efficiency and ensuring the smooth operation of essential services that support St. Jude's mission. By optimizing our internal processes using technology, you will play a key role in enabling our organization to focus on advancing research and providing care for our patients.
The architect is a self-motivated individual able to address the full lifecycle of a challenge with limited oversight by:
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration
• Researching and understanding the business context of the challenge and the details of the challenge itself
• Designing solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform that address the needs of the business, provide a high-quality user experience, adhere to ServiceNow design leading practices, and fit appropriately within the larger technology architecture at St. Jude
• Implementing designed solutions in partnership with development resources by leveraging technical ServiceNow platform expertise and an understanding of ServiceNow development leading practices
• Delivering built designs into the production environment in partnership with administration resources to see solutions through to completion
A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, technical capability, and a strong familiarity with ServiceNow leading practices are key to the success of the architect. The capabilities driving success more than familiarity with any application or process area will be the ability to own a challenge, research and learn how to address it, and deliver results with minimal direction and oversight.
