Key responsabilities:
- Administer various human capital plans and procedures
- Assist in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding assistance
- Support compensation program and performance evaluation revisions
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and human capital records
