Job description

Project Coordinator – Remote, Portland Oregon – 6 Month Contract – W2 ONLY

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. You will support offering specialists and managers in launching new products, enhancing current offerings, and managing end-of-life processes. The role involves attending meetings, tracking progress, managing documentation, and updating project metrics. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a variety of tasks, this could be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and attend project meetings, take minutes, and track action items
  • Manage and update project documentation, including spreadsheets and presentations
  • Track project metrics and maintain records in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Support overall offering management processes and ensure smooth execution


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or support in marketing, GTM, or operations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; experience in software or at Autodesk is a plus
  • Ability to work remotely in the PST time zone
