Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to drive and support our B2B marketing efforts, focusing on coordinating campaigns, streamlining marketing operations, and assisting the sales team to achieve their objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between marketing and sales, managing campaign execution, and optimizing processes to enhance lead generation and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels (email, digital, social media, etc.) to drive B2B lead generation and sales pipeline growth.
- Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, provide them with marketing assets, sales collateral, and actionable insights to improve sales conversions.
- Data-Driven Strategy:
- Analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts and track ROI. Adjust strategies based on data to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Event and Webinar Management:
- Plan and coordinate B2B ev ents, webinars, and other sales enablement activities that align with the company’s marketing strategy and support lead generation.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with sales goals and company objectives.
- CRM and Marketing Automation Management:
- Manage and optimize the use of CRM and marketing automation tools to streamline operations, enhance customer relationship management, and deliver targeted marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with marketing/Masters in Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and understand sales-driven marketing needs.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare or tech industry is a plus
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital campaign management
