Job description

This job is not the one that can promise you that you are going to change the world, but can certainly promise you can become the one bringing a bit of order to it. 

You'll help us to continue building Germany´s first regulated trading venue for digital assets. 

Bitcoin has disrupted the conventional banking and Stock exchange business and generated billions in value in the shortest possible time. The underlying blockchain technology is revolutionizing the handling of assets along the value chain of the financial world.

Your job will be to accompany other professionals setting high standards in transparency and security and offer a reliable framework for trading.

You will:

  • Develop the marketing strategy together with managing directors;
  • Take full responsibility for the implementation of our marketing roadmap;
  • Control activities in the area of ​​performance marketing, affiliate, and content marketing;
  • Create quantitative analyzes, dashboards and track all marketing activities across channels;
  • Drive user acquisition forward in close cooperation with product team;
  • Build up your own marketing team, lead it and work on special topics with freelancers;
  • Report directly to the CEO and support stakeholder management with reporting and KPI tracking;
  • Create a marketing plan and be responsible for the marketing budget.

You bring:

  1. Experience in marketing with a focus on B2C;
  2. 5+  years of professional experience in the fintech / insurtech sector or in another highly regulated industry;
  3. Analytical and number-driven skills;
  4. Ability to make data-driven decisions and knowledge of how to coordinate with stakeholders from different areas;
  5. Proven knowledge of how to build and develop a marketing team;
  6. Experience of working in a "remote setup".
