Bachelor’s/Master’s in food science or related field, Minimum 5 years of food safety auditing experience, At least 6 months relevant industry experience, Registered Management System Lead Assessor Course completion, Strong understanding of BRCGS and food safety regulations.
Key responsabilities:
- Conduct audits of food processing facilities for compliance with BRCGS standards
- Assess food safety and quality management systems including HACCP
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with staff to promote understanding of BRCGS standards
- Stay updated on BRCGS standards through continuous education
