We are looking to hire a Technical Program Manager to join our team. The Azure CXP PRIMO organization within Azure CXP is responsible for building great products to enable Customer Success at scale, focusing on Customer Troubleshooting, Diagnostics, Workload Resiliency, Service Health Experiences, and Azure Advisor within the Azure Portal. We also build, manage, and operate critical systems required for Microsoft Cloud operations at scale, across Incident Management & Response, Quality, and Customer Engagement & Observability. Responsibilities

As Technical Program Manager you will be working closely with the CXP PRIMO Leadership Team responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and facilitating the growth and success of our team, with shared visibility among stakeholder teams. This role presents a significant opportunity for strategic influence and operational innovation within a dynamic and growing environment, with a clear connection to improving the overall rhythm of business and customer satisfaction.   • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement operational improvements and innovations, enhancing planning and efficiency. Develop and maintain metrics to measure performance and continuously identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster trusted partnerships with various teams and stakeholders to align plans. Act as a liaison between different teams to independently facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and drive strategic alignment.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
