Join us as a Program Operations Manager!

As a Program Manager on the GTM Operations team, you will be working to support BMC’s Go-To-Market Operational and Sales teams by collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions that benefit our customers and align our overall business goals and strategies. You will play a key role in enhancing efficiency across the organization, drive strategic transformation by delivering operational excellence.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • Collaborate with our Strategic Partners & Hyperscalers Sales stakeholders to align programs with overall business goals and strategies. This involves analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to drive informed decisions.
  • Regularly assess program effectiveness by analyzing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as revenue growth & Strategic Partners & Hyperscalers contribution. Use these insights to recommend improvements and adjustments.
  • Analyze Strategic Partners & Hyperscalers performance metrics, including revenue contribution & tiering. Use data-driven insights to enhance partner engagement and success.
  • Develop clear communication plans to keep internal & external stakeholders informed about program updates, changes, and achievements. This includes crafting compelling messages for internal teams, partners, and executives.
  • Streamline processes for sales and partner engagement. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while minimizing friction for partners and sales teams. Always consider standard operating procedures & automation.
  • Ensure coordination with all stakeholders responsible for programs including agreements. Oversee that the programs are compliance with legal and business requirements and maintain a well-organized system for tracking those programs.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Program Management, preferably within an enterprise software company or similar
  • You have experience handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders and leading complex initiatives from conception to execution in a fast-paced work environment.
  • You have experience working with Marketplaces. Direct experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is preferred.
  • You are proficient in analytics and reporting in order to analyze KPI’s, track performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • You have some familiarity with partner management, especially in the context of indirect sales or managing third-party partnerships & contracts
  • Experience working with sales and marketing automation software. (e.g. Salesforce.com)
