Role: Account Director

Location: Remote (UK based)

Salary: up to £50k 

About:

We're a TikTok agency that gets brands cut through on TikTok. We’ve grown our own clients and communities to over 1 million followers and have hit 600 million video views in the last 12 months. We use these learnings to help brands reach new audiences, grow their TikTok following and engagement and produce thumb-stoppingly good content that gets cut through on TikTok.

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join the team, who will have a focus on the organic side of TikTok.

Ideally, you will be able to execute several organic social campaigns, leading the creative planning, budget management, optimisation, reporting and be comfortable working with small to large media spends.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead TikTok strategies for key clients across TikTok
  • Foster trusted relationships with clients
  • Be the key point of creative feedback for your client campaigns
  • Lead retrospective sessions with your account managers to improve agency content
  • Brief content through our content creation process, working alongside our in-house TikTok creators, freelance TikTok creators and influencers
  • Spot and recommend opportunities to grow your client accounts
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Execs through regular check ins and formal monthly 1-2-1s
  • Take part in new business pitches

What you’ll bring:

  • You'll be a TikTok expert, and fully understand the platform
  • You’ll have agency experience, with a track record of managing successful accounts
  • You’ll have experience of leading & developing a team
  • You'll have demonstrable experience with TikTok campaigns
  • You'll have an understanding of TikTok shop and live streaming
  • You’ll have experience working with numerous brands, in house or agency
  • You'll have a good eye for creative that converts
  • Massively organised, with the ability to juggle lots of clients and tasks
  • You can work under pressure and be able to turn around tasks with short deadlines
  • Can work closely with creatives and clients
  • Flexible to adjust to last minute changes and forward-thinking in solving client problems that may arise
