Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients in court proceedings when necessary
  • Partner with paralegals and senior partners to facilitate efficient civil litigation processes
  • Analyze and address clients' legal concerns, formulating comprehensive strategic plans
  • Draft and prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents
  • Guide clients on retirement options, charitable contributions, and insurance matters
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow and client communication

  • Skilled in drafting estate documents and utilizing advanced document preparation software (experience with Wealth Counsel preferred)
  • Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar
  • Tax experience or CPA designation is an added advantage
