Job Overview

We are actively seeking a passionate and driven Estate Planning Attorney to become a valued member of our Tax and Wealth Management teams in a fully remote capacity. This role involves engaging directly with clients to provide knowledgeable counsel on estate planning issues while collaborating with a network of financial advisors, tax attorneys, CPAs, accountants, and healthcare agents to ensure holistic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver outstanding estate planning services.
• Create and execute innovative strategies, utilizing external resources or drafting original documents as necessary.
• Conduct client meetings, offering leadership and support to both clients and colleagues.
• Remain updated on the latest state laws and regulations to guarantee compliance and offer precise advice.
• Utilize team referrals to enhance your client portfolio and increase billable hours.
• Benefit from an established client list, managing over 100 households with average assets ranging from \(1 million to \)10 million.

Compensation And Benefits
