Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Executive specializing in the FinTech, Cryptocurrency, and Stablecoin sectors. This full-time remote position offers an extraordinary opportunity to join an innovative platform that aims to revolutionize the accessibility and usability of stablecoins across Africa. As a critical member of our team, you will contribute to our mission of empowering customers with secure and user-friendly financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead new business and partnership acquisition by identifying and engaging potential clients and partners, focusing on key market segments.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships, overseeing the entire process from proposal evaluation to negotiation, while collaborating with senior leadership for quarterly partnership reviews.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for partners through comprehensive sales and product training.
  • Manage and report on partner pipelines consistently, ensuring effective communication and relationship management to achieve collaborative success.
  • Meet and exceed organization-defined revenue targets through effective deal closure strategies.
  • Negotiate terms of business with strategic technology partners while working alongside administration, marketing, and legal teams to finalize agreements.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within financial institutions and affinity markets, while aligning product offerings with client requirements.
  • Act as a technical liaison between B2B service engineering and business teams, ensuring alignment to support partner success.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of the FinTech and cryptocurrency industries to drive growth in a culture characterized by transparency and collaboration.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in full-cycle B2B sales, including onboarding, integration, and partnership management.
  • A strong track record of closing deals and fostering business growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the FinTech and cryptocurrency sectors, particularly in selling API solutions to partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to adapt promptly and influence decisions across the organization.
  • Commitment to compliance with relevant policies, security standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in Business Development or a Head of Sales position, with a focus on the African market.
  • Experience in project management is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively within a transparent and collaborative culture, free from political barriers.
