Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead business development initiatives to acquire new partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and engage with key clients and market segments that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Manage the partnership lifecycle from proposal through execution, ensuring effective contract negotiations and strategic deal closures.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder reviews with senior leadership to communicate partnership progress and emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee comprehensive partner onboarding processes, incorporating sales and product training to enhance collaborative efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline reports to monitor partner performance and growth prospects.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with partners, clients, and prospects by representing the company at relevant local events and industry exhibitions.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by optimizing partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with various teams to manage contract terms and facilitate smooth interactions with marketing, legal, and administrative departments.
  • Recommend and identify product offerings that meet the evolving needs of clients and their customers.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the full-cycle B2B sales process, with demonstrated closing abilities and strategic decision-making expertise.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the FinTech and cryptocurrency landscapes, with practical B2B sales experience.
