Finance Director - Remote | WFH

Overview

Key Responsibilities

Direct financial strategy and operations to ensure sustainable growth.
Spearhead capital-raising initiatives through equity, debt, and diverse financing methods.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with venture capital firms and financial institutions.
Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and implement strategic financial plans.
Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize capital structure.
Ensure rigorous compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
