Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients via telehealth sessions, utilizing video or phone.
• Provide a comprehensive range of individualized mental health services to foster recovery.
• Conduct intakes and facilitate various forms of therapy, including individual, group, and family therapy as applicable.
• Perform thorough mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and necessary intervention services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to Federal, State, and organizational standards.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active independent license (LCSW, LICSW, LASW, LMHC, LPC, LCMHC, LPCI, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of psychotherapy experience with a focus on evidence-based treatment.
• Proficiency in documentation and treatment planning within an EMR system.
• Strong engagement and assessment skills to cater to a diverse patient population.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in telehealth or remote work settings is preferred.
  
  

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant psychotherapy experience.
• Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for conducting sessions.

Compensation And Benefits

In accordance with pay transparency laws, this position offers a salary range of \(58,000 to \)89,000 annually, subject to variations based on factors such as license level, experience, and skill set. We provide a hybrid payment model that incorporates productivity-based compensation, as well as contractor rates.
