As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on patient care while we handle the administrative details.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct remote therapy sessions, helping clients build lifelong coping skills
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up care, and maintain session notes
• Work with a collaborative team to support participants in accessing needed resources
• Handle high-risk cases with compassion, following company safety protocols
• Stay engaged with your team through regular meetings and continuous support

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in providing mental health counseling services.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
