IF YOU ARE

  • Holding a bachelor’s degree
  • Having a good understanding of the IT outsourcing industry
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the Talent Source role
  • Demonstrating effective time-management skills
  • Hands-on with sourcing techniques such as recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings
  • Knowledgeable about HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Fluent in English at a B2+ level for daily communication with the team


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand the role requirements, the function, and how it fits into the organization
  • Be part of the Global Talent Operations (GTO) team, working closely with recruiters from Chile and other locations
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search) and attracting relevant professionals
  • Interact with potential candidates through creative messages on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, and GitHub)
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain candidate databases
  • Analyze and provide statistics on work effectiveness (applicants-interviews-offers-hirings)
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand both online and offline
  • Actively participate in professional events and sourcing campaigns
  • Communicate and present our company and open roles to potential candidates in a positive way
