The client is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Personal Assistant. We are committed to providing a supportive work environment where you can thrive. Your role will involve supporting a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on creating presentations and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, particularly in Google Slides and Google Sheets, and be familiar with AI-driven market research tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini.


Key Responsibilities:

- Presentation Creation: Develop high-quality presentations using Google Slides based on the provided information.

- Market Research & Analysis: Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini) and online sources to conduct in-depth research on the retail market. Provide clear and concise reports on findings.

- Administrative Tasks: Call vendors to obtain quotes, contact designers (e.g., on Etsy), track receipts, and manage spreadsheets.

Travel & Event Coordination**: I assist with travel arrangements and hotel bookings and coordinate events and meetings.

- General Support: Assist with various ad hoc tasks as they arise, such as helping with quotes, bookings, or outreach. This could include functions like coordinating with event vendors, managing social media outreach, or assisting with customer inquiries.


Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in Google Slides and Google Sheets.

- Experience with AI tools for research and analysis, such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and general web research.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Familiarity with outreach to vendors and designers is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in market research, specifically in the retail sector.

- Experience in handling travel arrangements and vendor negotiations.

Hours:

5-10 hours per week
