What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is seeking a motivated sales and brand growth-driven Amazon Account Manager who will be working with our client based in the UK. Our client develops, manufactures, and distributes products for the consumer self-care market. Their commitment to innovation and quality established them as a reputable player in the healthcare sector, serving markets globally through partnerships and direct sales.

In this role you will work within the internal Ecommerce team to support the management and optimisation of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts to maximise sales and brand visibility. Manage customer feedback and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling product listings and stunning visuals. Master inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstocks while driving sales.

In This Role, You Will

  • Account Management
    • Support the management of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor accounts and operations excluding ads.
    • Monitor and address customer feedback, product reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct keyword research to optimize listings for SEO and discover high-converting keywords for product visibility.
    • Collaborate in launching new products, ensuring smooth execution of go-to-market strategies, from listing creation to post-launch optimization.
    • Maintain clear communication and collaboration with the Brand and Regulatory teams regarding product listings and brand representation.
  • Compliance Management
    • Ensure all operations adhere to Amazon’s compliance requirements.
    • Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Optimization
    • Manage and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales conversion.
    • Upload and maintain product information using flat files or directly in Amazon system.
    • Create high-quality product descriptions and titles that adhere to Amazon’s guidelines.
    • Develop and upload product images and collaborate with designers to create assets.
    • Analyze and implement keyword research findings to refine product descriptions, titles, and backend search terms for higher organic ranking.
  • Inventory Management
    • Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and stock levels.
    • Implement strong inventory management practices to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize fulfillment issues.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during launches to ensure stock availability aligns with marketing and promotional strategies.
    • About You:

    Core Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central
    • At least 2 years experience in optimizing product listings for visibility and sales.
    • Experience working with UK-based clients.
    • At least 1 year experience working in an agency.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
