Responsabilités

  • Installe, débogue et assure la maintenance technique des guichets automatiques, des équipements de vente au détail et autres dans une zone client et/ou produit assignée.
  • Effectue toutes les tâches de gestion des incidents, de maintenance préventive, d'IMAC/R et de formation des clients comme suit : Gestion des incidents : utilise des outils de diagnostic pour effectuer le dépannage via une analyse détaillée des pannes matérielles et logicielles.
  • Effectue les réparations matérielles au niveau des composants.
  • Nettoie et règle les composants mécaniques.
  • Configure et installe les logiciels applicables.
  • Maintenance préventive : effectue des contrôles de routine selon les procédures documentées.
  • Recharge les consommables selon les instructions.
  • IMAC/R : installe, déplace, ajoute, modifie et supprime les produits matériels et logiciels.
  • Formation des clients : instruit et forme les clients sur l'utilisation et le fonctionnement du matériel et des logiciels installés.
  • Effectue également les tâches suivantes : Tâches de processus : reçoit les instructions et les ordres d'incident de la fonction de répartition.
  • Met à jour la fonction de répartition sur tous les problèmes imprévus.
  • Fournit des briefings détaillés sur toutes les activités effectuées.
  • Informe proactivement les clients sur l'état, les progrès et les résultats.
  • Amélioration continue des processus : observe les problèmes techniques ou de processus, informe le responsable / autre personnel concerné et propose des recommandations d'amélioration.
  • Utilise activement les outils et processus de l'entreprise pour le partage des connaissances et la collecte d'informations.


Qualifications Requises

  • Formation ou expérience professionnelle équivalente requise.
  • Au moins 2 à 4 ans d'expérience pertinente ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience dans le domaine du service sur le terrain.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
  • Permis de conduire et dossier de conduite satisfaisant aux exigences de la flotte de DN.

Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory. Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and / or escalates according to established procedure. Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

  • Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for ATMs, retail and other equipment within an assigned customer and / or product area.
  • Performs all incident handling, preventive maintenance, IMAC / R and customer training duties as follows: Incident Handling: Utilizes diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting via detailed analysis of hardware and software failures.
  • Performs hardware repairs on a component level.
  • Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.
  • Configures and installs applicable software.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Performs routine checks according to documented procedures.
  • Refills consumables as directed.
  • IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, changes and removes hardware and software products.
  • Customer Training: Instructs and trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
  • Also performs the following: Process Tasks: Receives incident briefing sand orders from the dispatch function.
  • Updates the dispatch function on all unforeseen issues.
  • Provides detailed briefings on all performed activities.
  • Proactively informs customers about status, progress and outcomes.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Observes technical or process problems, informing manager / other relevant personnel and offering improvement recommendations.
  • Actively uses corporate tools and processes for knowledge sharing and information gathering.


Qualifications

  • Education or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Service.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
