Job description

Job Title : Engineer - Trainee 
Division :Weir Minerals
Location : NCC, Bangalore
Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Enquiry handling of slurry pumps and other mineral processing products.
  • Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction objective of the organization. Maximize market share of Weir Minerals product range in the region.
  • Proposal preparations and participation in techno-commercial discussions. Customer account receivable management.
  • Gather market information and analyse them to execute regional strategy

Lean Responsibilities

To support lean initiatives of the company and to be capable of implementing lean in all activities performed.

Safety Responsibilities

Follow all safety norms as per Weir group SHE policy

Key Performance Indicators

Demonstrate sales skills and product knowledge Achieve monthly and annual objectives set by the company. Receivable management

Qualification

Required :
