Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Oversee the sales platform, Triple Seat, to facilitate documentation and support sales initiatives.
  • Formulate and execute quarterly strategies aimed at expanding market share and enhancing group-related revenues.
  • Coordinate client Familiarization (FAM) trips to showcase the property and increase business opportunities.
  • Assess sales metrics to gain insights into financial performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Monitor results and trends to ensure accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Cultivate a proactive sales culture throughout the resort.
  • Provide essential information to the Director of Sales for budgetary planning.
  • Manage expenses effectively to maximize operational profits.
  • Elevate the resort's profile by participating in industry associations and trade exhibitions.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, ideally within 12 to 24 hours.
  • Execute all necessary sales tasks to surpass established targets.
  • Welcome guests using the S.E.A.C. method during on-site visits.
  • Aid in crafting promotional initiatives to stimulate demand.
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings.
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
  • Comply with attendance policies and appearance standards.
