Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly, assist with sign-in procedures, and direct them to their intended destinations.
  • Manage incoming calls, provide detailed information, and efficiently schedule appointments.
  • Handle emails, e-faxes, and manage mail sorting with accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and conference rooms.
  • Assist in managing appointment calendars and schedules effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with Pitney Bowes mailing systems is advantageous.
  • Effective multitasking abilities and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A personable demeanor with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with clients and colleagues.
