We are currently seeking a Business Travel Agent to join our Italian team.

The ideal candidate will have a Great knowledge in GDS tools and Corporate Travel.
This is a full-time, 1 year contract with opportunities for growth and development within our company.


Position: Business Travel agent
Location: Portugal, Remote
Languages: Italian + English (B2 min)
Salary: Good renumeration, to be discussed as related to skills and experience

Starting date: 18th November
Type of contract : Fixed-term contract, 1 year renewable - 40 hours "
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 07 AM - 10 PM, rotating schedules.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daytime back-up service for travel agencies
Specialist in Corporate / Business Travel services
Business ticketing (GDS expertise in Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre)
Travel Management Company (TMC) and provides customers with dedicated or shared travel consultants.
Handling incoming and outgoing telephone, email and chat requests.
Provide information according to requests.
Booking, modifying and cancelling air, rail, hotel and car rental services via our client's GDS or BtoB sites.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years experience in ticketing, Business Travel Agent
Knowledge in Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
Multitask, organised, Expert in Corporate Travel Agent living in Portugal.
Languages: Italian and English.
Team spirit, empathy, diplomacy, flexibility and adaptability.
Reactive, autonomous, astute, rigorous and able to control stress to deal with emergency situations.
Good knowledge of B2B/C sites
Fluency with IT tools essential, autonomy and thoroughness.
