• Assist German-speaking clients in booking flights and developing personalized travel itineraries catered to their desires.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, available flights, and unique services that enhance their travel experience.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through a variety of channels, ensuring every interaction is positive and engaging.
• Address and resolve any travel inquiries or issues efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions in line with company procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, promotions, and airline services to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and effective work environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to exceptional client care.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
• Familiarity with booking systems and travel management software is a plus.
