About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Senior Outbound Sponsorship Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sponsorship prospects for our events. It requires the person to find and convert cold leads into warm prospects and forward them to the sponsorship director for further conversion. The employee must be a great communicator, resilient to cold calling negative responses, self-motivated, and results oriented.


What you’ll do

  • Generate sponsorship sales prospects through cold outreach via calls and emails.
  • Identify and research potential sponsors across various industries to create a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors for future opportunities by understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
  • Work with our internal CRM system to manage leads, track progress, and update sponsorship pipelines.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of sponsoring our events.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship agreements and fulfillment of sponsor expectations.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
