About the Role:
We are seeking a talented System Analyst and User Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical requirements and end-user needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our systems, particularly HubSpot, and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills. They will be responsible for gathering user requirements, identifying pain points, and developing solutions to enhance our applications' effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with end users across various platforms (Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, etc.) to document their issues, gather feedback, and understand their needs.
- System Analysis: Analyze and assess the impact of requested changes on existing systems, ensuring a holistic understanding of how various applications interact.
- User Education: Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules to empower users, facilitating better utilization of our systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to current processes and systems based on user feedback and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team and other stakeholders to ensure that user needs are effectively communicated and addressed.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation of user feedback, system issues, and proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in a systems analysis role or related field, with a strong focus on user experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with other business applications (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about system interactions and user needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Training Experience: Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training content for end users.
