Your Role 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Security as a Project Manager, you will manage multiple, large and complex information security projects from inception to completion, involving several facets of Cyber Security including CyberSecurity Investigations and Forensics.  You will work with partners from across the enterprise to develop plans, manage vendors and monitor results, in order to proactively identify any issues and communicate them accordingly.  

 

  • You will work collaboratively with IT leadership and internal customers to establish the project and program portfolio and prioritize within that portfolio for execution. 

  • You will provide project execution leadership and management, adhering to project methodology and compliance standards, as well as acting as the Project Manager throughout the lifecycle of projects. 

  • You will support the execution of the Information Security Program strategy, utilizing change management strategies to drive enterprise alignment and managing stakeholder and vendor relations to ensure that project expectations are met. 

  • You will serve as the day-to-day point person to handle project issues, and changes in scope, providing clarity relative to ambiguous requirements or deliverables and working to resolve or mitigate issues and risks. 

  • In addition to attending daily stand-ups and communicate to higher level stakeholders on project momentum, you will conduct routine status calls and project status reporting. 

  • Identifies, evaluates and develops opportunities for training and awareness materials to educate users on security policies and practices from lessons learned on Investigations.

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, System Analysis or related field of study, or equivalent experience, coupled with proven progressive project and program management experience, including management of major projects, in a large operating environment. 

  • Experience as a Project Manager using Agile methodology, JIRA and scrum ceremonies relative to the implementation of leading-edge IT and/or security technologies, solutions, and tools for large enterprise and demonstrated ability to understand and address the potential impact of security projects on business value creation. 

  • Practical knowledge managing and delivering security projects that involve integrating various technologies and/or replacement of older security technologies with newer ones. 

  • Experience in managing extensive client interactions and providing detailed status/progress for the projects on weekly (or on needed frequency) basis. 

  • Familiarity with industry leading and broad spectrum of security infrastructure solutions and products plus knowledge of technology product offerings and experience with hardware, software and software development methodologies to enable an understanding of the impact of a new project and its impact on a technology product. 

  • Knowledge of and experience with managing infrastructure related projects including installation of hardware and software solutions (for mainframe, distributed servers, storage, middleware, networking) 

  • Work schedule is night shift to cater to US business work hours, plus occasional holiday and weekend duties.
