Senior Project Manager (Remote)

Full time, India, Singapore, Australia

The CSS IPCM Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering different types of projects or programs involving (but not limited to) customer implementations and changes, as well as agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes.

The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary role in delivering projects or programs with a medium to high complexity, which is measured by the scale and scope of the request. Complexity can be the number of countries or the complexity of the customer or product. Complexity is determined by the IPCM Management team when assigning the request based on the information gathered from the vetting.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will

  • Be accountable for local, regional, and global project coordination with a broad scope of multi-national countries. Projects may include coordination of multiple countries at the same time
  • Be responsible for the utilization of established and proven project management methodology, tools, and processes (PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma) to scope, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects
  • Confirm all necessary resources are assigned per the project scope
  • Leverage regional and local resources and resources from the different departments and functions to support projects
  • Lead discovery, planning, and collaboration calls leveraging CSS MS Teams and IPCM protocols
  • Facilitate effective and constant communication with all project participants (internal/external)

About You

  • Several years in the travel industry
  • A few years in a qualified project management role
  • Proven success in leading medium-complexity projects in travel management operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have good communication skills (written and oral) in English
  • Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP etc… or equivalent) is a plus
  • TL2
