Job description

The Koch Internship Program (KIP) is a paid, 10-week experiential learning program run by Stand Together Fellowships that offers meaningful work experience at non-profits all over the country tackling some of our nation’s most pressing challenges. Throughout your internship with a partner organization, Stand Together Fellowships hosts virtual professional development sessions every Thursday from 1-5 pm ET, wherein you will be mentored by seasoned professionals as you craft a capstone project on the topic that matters most to you.  Interns will receive either a $5,500 or $3,300 stipend from Stand Together Fellowships depending on whether they are participating full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (28 hours/week).

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate alternatives for various tech stack applications, offering insightful recommendations for enhancement.
  • Make updates to the website (WordPress CMS); no HTML or CSS required.
  • Help streamline operations by moving tech stack documentation into Monday.com and building automations.
  • Help pull data from various sources to update metrics dashboards. No data analysis skills required.

  • Skills:
  • Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (Economics, Marketing, etc), or related majors, desired but not required.
  • Experience with Monday.com preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willingness to learn new software and tools.
  • Independent and team-oriented, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and resourceful mindset.
