Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday  8:30a to 5:30p with an hour unpaid lunch. 
Client Location: Vernon, CA

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and drive B2B sales. This role will oversee online campaigns, email marketing, website performance, social media management, and partnerships with wholesale platforms. You will work closely with internal sales and design teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of all digital initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing plans to support B2B sales objectives.
  • Wholesale Platform Management: Optimize listings, product visibility, and brand content on platforms like FashionGo, Faire, and NuOrder.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and deploy engaging email campaigns to promote new collections and drive buyer engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Develop content for social channels that attract wholesale buyers and strengthen brand positioning.
  • SEO & Website Management: Monitor website performance, improve SEO rankings, and ensure an optimized user experience for B2B buyers.
  • Data-Driven Campaigns: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, adjust strategies, and report on KPIs.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Partner with sales reps and account managers to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Industry Trends: Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies in the fashion industry.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in fashion or wholesale B2B.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, MailChimp, and SEO platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B wholesale platforms (e.g., FashionGo, Faire).
  • Experience managing social media accounts and email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and emerging trends.
