Job Overview

We are looking for an empathetic and qualified mental health professional to become a part of our dedicated team. In this pivotal position, you will have the rewarding chance to positively influence the lives of clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments with clients and their family members, employing appropriate assessment tools and continually evaluating client needs alongside the suitability of available services.
  • Design individualized treatment and behavioral plans, overseeing their execution to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions that are specifically tailored to the unique needs of clients.
  • Maintain precise documentation for service delivery, encompassing treatment goals, progress notes, and billing details.
  • Utilize a diverse range of treatment modalities to promote behavioral and emotional stability, as well as overall client functioning.

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in developing personalized treatment and behavioral plans.
  • Knowledgeable in various treatment modalities.
  • Skilled in producing accurate documentation related to service delivery.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience, including at least 2 years of direct clinical practice following licensure.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant Mental Health field (such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling).
  • Current licensure or certification (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Medicare credentialing.
  • Capability to complete and pass required clearances, including FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and State Criminal Check.
  • Provision of up-to-date medical and health documentation, including a physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, and CPR and First Aid certification.
