Position Title: Fully Remote School Psychologist

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time School Psychologist to support a school district in Virginia for the upcoming academic year. Key Responsibilities

  • Full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week
  • Engage with K-12 students, addressing mild to moderate needs
  • Facilitate student engagement and promote positive behavior
  • Utilize active listening skills to support students facing academic, emotional, or social challenges
  • Collaborate with parents and teachers to discuss various concerns
  • Guide parents in addressing critical topics such as substance abuse and effective communication
  • Implement effective behavioral management strategies
  • Research and develop learning programs
  • Evaluate and provide guidance on school disciplinary practices for at-risk students
  • Participate in special education initiatives by administering psychological assessments
