Job description

  • Provide first level troubleshooting for issues with M365 technologies including, but not limited to
  • SharePoint
  • Email
  • Teams
  • OneDrive
  • Any other technologies that are part of the base M365 suite of tools
  • Work with the business to assist in integration of the basic M365 suite into their everyday work.
  • Facilitate and maintain connections with Microsoft and other vendors to provide additional levels of support for integrated technologies that work in conjunction with the M365 technologies.
  • Process and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, within required SLAs
  • Monitor overall environment health and raise any issues of concern to senior technology leaders.
  • Manage sign-ins, MFA, and overall permissions within the M365 environment.
  • Create documentation, as requested, about policies and procedures governing the M365 environment.
  • Exceptional skills in troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
  • Detail oriented individual preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • 3 plus years of experience supporting the back-end technologies of the M365 platform
  • Be available to attend meetings as required.
  • Be available to work off hours in the event of emergency situations.
  • Experience with the Service Now (SNOW) ticketing system
  • Basic proficiency with PowerShell
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and the integration with M365
