The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; collaborate with customers to understand issues and offer workarounds.

  • Create and implement remote fixes; collaborate with development teams to integrate fixes into the product.

  • Document issues and resolutions, and help our product team deal with similar issues in the future.

  • Monitor and ensure timely resolution of technical customer tickets; escalate complex issues when needed.
