We invite you to become a vital member of our innovative team, focused on revolutionizing the stablecoin landscape in Africa. We are in search of a seasoned and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our Business Development initiatives. Your role is pivotal in making stablecoins more accessible, ensuring a secure environment for financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Drive the acquisition of new business and partnerships through thorough prospecting, lead qualification, and contract negotiations.
  • Target Identification: Strategically identify potential clients and market segments for our advanced platform.
  • Partnership Generation: Initiate and nurture new partnerships from concept through execution, including proposal assessments and negotiations.
  • Partner Onboarding: Deliver comprehensive sales and product training to new partners, ensuring their success.
  • Partner Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and generate weekly performance reports on partnerships.
  • Partner Success: Engage with partners, customers, and prospects as necessary, attending local events to promote our collaborative efforts.
  • Revenue Goals: Meet and surpass established revenue targets, contributing to the company's financial growth.
  • Contract Negotiation: Work collaboratively with strategic technology partners, thoroughly dissect contracts, and liaise with administration, marketing, and legal teams to finalize agreements.
  • New Revenue Coordination: Propel new business revenues from financial institutions and explore untapped affinity markets.
  • Product Offering Development: Analyze client needs to identify and develop tailored product offerings.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Conduct regular reviews with senior leadership to present and advocate for partnerships, ensuring optimal resource allocation for success.

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of the FinTech and Cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Exceptional closing skills paired with a results-oriented approach.
  • Quick adaptability to foresee challenges and influence organizational stakeholders.
  • Robust B2B Sales experience, particularly in managing third-party distribution channels.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the FinTech industry, especially with API solutions.
  • Aptitude for constructing innovative solutions that catalyze growth and enhance performance.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development or as a Head of Sales.
  • Essential prior work experience in Africa.
  • Demonstrated success in the complete B2B sales cycle, with expertise in onboarding, integration, and partnership management.
  • Project Management experience is advantageous.
