Job description

Role Overview:

Lead the data quality team to enable data trustworthiness across data zones (layers) for Mcafee's telemetry data and BI data.

This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Role:

Plan, design, develop, and conduct quality assessments of data elements and structures to ensure integrity, completeness, quality, and proper formatting.
Configure, operate, and develop manual and/or automated methods, processes, and procedures to test data input/output based on compliance, quality, and usage requirements as defined by product management, client specifications, and governance programs.
Perform regular and ad hoc reviews, audits, and investigations to evaluate data activity and integrity, preparing reports and summaries of findings.
Develop and update guidelines and documentation for testing processes, procedures, and standards.

About You:

You have extensive experience in managing key data quality automation tasks, as well as expertise in Data Governance and Quality Assurance.
You are highly skilled in Python and SQL.
You have hands-on experience working with data pipelines in cloud environments such as AWS and Databricks.
You are passionate about data and have led data quality assurance teams, delivering insights from data quality automation or compliance projects.
You are comfortable collaborating with global teams.
You have 10+ years of experience in data quality analysis, data warehousing, or cloud-based data environments.
