Overview:

Verathon® is looking for a Sales Operations Administrator III (Rostering Administrator) to become the newest member of our Commercial Operations Team located in our Bothell, WA headquarters.  As the Sales Ops Administrator, you would be responsible for operationalizing key elements of contracts with IDNs and GPOs. 

Responsibilities:
  • The position requires advanced Excel skills and attention to detail. This role is a key supporter to the closure of complex, large-scale contracts and supports the maintenance of the assigned contracts after final agreement.
  • The ideal candidate will be an innovative individual with the willingness to drive change, an ability to take calculated risks, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of associates.
  • In carrying out the functions and responsibilities of this position, the Sales Operations Administrator reports to the Senior Contracts Program Manager.
  • Manage membership rosters for assigned IDNs and GPOs and ensure relationships are appropriately reflected in Salesforce.com, Epicor, Contract Scorecard, and admin fee / rebate calculations.
  • Work with Finance to ensure the timely calculation and payment of buying group admin fees and rebates.
  • Provide the sales team with support in the way of data-driven insights on contracts.
  • Own new account approval process.
  • Deliver standard and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, operations management, finance, or relevant field is preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years related experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, PowerPivot, PowerBI, and Pivot Tables.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Salesforce.com and Epicor knowledge a plus.
  • Proven excellence in communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interface with diverse levels of company personnel and customers.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Innovative thinker and problem-solver, results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously with limited supervision.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments at the same time.
  • Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions and make recommendations

 

Salary range - $79,819 - $124,200  (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).

 

Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon’s annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
