Job Description:

Broadcom is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Collaboration and Video Conference Services & Technology Administrator to manage Broadcom Video Conference Services and Operations globally. This critical role will oversee a comprehensive suite of offerings, including:

  • Collaboration, Video, Web Conferences and Meetings Services

  • Broadcom Events, CEO Coffee Talks & Webinars

  • Whiteboard Services

  • Executive Briefing Center Technology

  • Web Conferencing, AV, VC Meeting Rooms, Windows, Macs & Mobile apps

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global strategy for Collaboration/Conferencing services, ensuring seamless user experiences globally and overall GTO or IT organization and services.

  • Work independently with global onsite and remote team to source, design, solution, build, deploy, support and manage internal collaboration services, and to resolve internal end-users issues, 

  • Lead and manage a talented team of Global offshore administrators and operations engineers.

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of Web and Video Conferencing service delivery, including user management, escalations, operations, security, and compliance.

  • Develope, execute, manage pre and post M&A (mergers and acquisitions) integration and migration activities.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable activities, action items and solutions.

  • Collaborate with OEM, Service Manufacturers or Providers to influence future roadmap to meet Broadcom end-users requirements and business priorities.

  • Stay up-to-date with the industry's latest Collaboration services. Maintaining the service core product features, functionalities and deployment to Broadcom end-users while ensuring optimal utilization by all end-users.

  • Develop and implement training programs and KBs for Broadcom end-users to ensure service excellence and self-service requirement.

  • Drive continuous improvement, ongoing cost optimization, standardization, simplification to drive best return on investment while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Key product knowledge requirements such as Zoom Service and Administration, Logitech Video Conference System Setup and Support, Google Workspace Service and Administration, OKTA, AV (DSP, cameras, microphones, speakers, projectors, and displays) and Video Conferencing Technology, Integration and Solutioning. 

  • In deep understanding of Windows, Mac, Android, IOS on Server, Client and Mobile computing environment. 

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing and administering video communication platforms or similar enterprise communication solutions.

  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on building a high-performing team.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Experience working in a global environment.
