You'll be crucial in maintaining an organised lead and deal pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM updates. You'll support sales efforts by assisting with various tasks such as compiling offer documents and aiding account managers as required. Additionally, you’ll help by promptly responding to contacts using email, phone or Slack.

  • Desk work - Efficiently process incoming leads, ensuring accurate documentation and entry into CRM systems. Track lead and deal progression through the pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.

  • Be helpful - Assist with ad-hoc sales tasks, including preparing proposal documents, presentations, and contracts.
