About the team

Careem is looking for a fresh graduate (potentially 1-2 years) to work as a People Operations Associate based in Riyadh to assist with our People Operations activities. Being part of Careem, you will be taking part in our People initiatives and supporting our growing family. The ideal candidate has willingness to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help in supporting our rapid growth. We are seeking someone who can thrive in ambiguous situations, while fostering a collaborative, open, and fun culture. 

What you'll do

As an People Operations Associate for Riyadh, you will have an amazing chance to support all colleagues within Riyadh office concerning their queries on People issues.

  • Supporting in compliance with local laws concerning paperwork
  • Handling the required admin work as needed
  • Helping with data entry and documentation
  • Working with the governmental-related portals required for a smooth lifecycle for all our colleagues.

What you'll need

  • Solid communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Microsoft office skills
