As the Administration Assistant, your primary role is to assist the Operations Coordinator & Rostering Coordinator teams in the Onsite Injury Prevention business unit. This role provides assistance in
coordinating schedules and suitable coverage for annual, sick, and other forms of leave, maintaining open communication with physiotherapists and clients. The role also works closely with the Operations Team, the Onsite Injury Prevention clients and the clinicians who deliver those services, to ensure efficient, accurate and successful delivery of our services.


Core responsibilities:

Assistance with creating marketing materials
Data entry
Reporting assistance
Assistance with compliance & preparing clinicians to work onsite
Maintaining clinicians inductions
Maintenance of site materials & record-keeping
Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
