Job Description

We are looking for an individual who has a good experience in administration and accountability for great performance and results delivery to be part of the Credit Services team in Experian Singapore. This is a temp role for 4 months.

Job Description

• Deliver on service-level-agreement (SLA) commitments made to customers on delivery turnaround time and quality of delivery.

• Ensure accurate and timely order placement support activities with data suppliers/vendors, to ensure timely fulfilment of customer’s business information orders, including but not limited to business/company, financial, litigation, and property related information.

• Ensure accurate & timely maintenance of information databases – via different data sources

• Work independently to monitor auto-buy/ integration programs, perform exception handling which may include manual buys & data updates, system re-initialization/verifications

• Provide regular feedback to manager on system/ process related issues that impact our speed and quality of delivery to our customers

• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports

Qualifications

Essential

• Intermediate in Microsoft Excel

• Meticulous with an eye for detail

• Ability to think analytically, operate efficiently and communicate effectively
