Job Responsibilities

Purchase of direct materials, components, or services in line with the specified cost, quality, and delivery targets
Responsible for analyzing the output of the MRP systems, aligning materials requirements with the supply base
Ensure continuous supply of required materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose risk or impact on business operations through daily order and supply management
Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce cost where possible
Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure OTD and DPPM compliance and manage performance activities
Able to manage special projects and work collaboratively with stake holders and counterparts from value streams
Ensure adherence to KPI’s set for supply chain and organizational performance
Laisse shipping documents with inbound logistics for processing and clearance of goods
Develop and implement business process to improve supply chain systems and process execution
Support product change request and communicate the impact to inventory and operations
Mange inventory through PFEP and other inventory management strategies
Uphold high ethical standard code of conducts in internal and external dealings

Qualifications

Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
Highly analytical
With 3 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing
Preferably has prior experience in managing people
Good Oral and written communication skills
Can lead a team and work in project

Able to work in a team with difference culture, ethnics and background
