Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A. degree in relevant field, 5+ years of experience in CRM and related deployments, Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Field Service, Experience with D365 CRM Field Service Solutions, Excellent coordination and project management a must.
Key responsabilities:
- Primary point of contact for stakeholders on Customer Engagement services.
- Drive alignment of process and requirements with business leadership.
- Lead implementation and improvement projects within the applications portfolio.
- Analyze and implement process improvements to enhance business value.
- Educate and train business teams on application features and requirements.
