The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of HR system data, administration of HR programs and collaborating with HRIS team to support Workday modules. This role also provides ad hoc queries, data integrity support and assesses trends in HR systems and data management. The ability to embrace challenges with energy and assist with developing solutions aligned with customer needs and expectations are keys to success.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Supports analysis and implementation of configuration solutions, process improvement initiatives and standard methodologies to achieve strategic and operational objectives
  • Participates in implementation and ongoing support of new Workday functionality, processes and tools to continually optimize HR business processes
  • Creates and completes support tickets in partnership with senior level consultants, HR COEs and internal and external customers
  • Collaborates with others to advise leadership and HR teams to continuously evaluate and use Workday and other technology capabilities to enhance investment
  • May serve as backup for Workday functional workstreams
  • Provides ad hoc query and data integrity support
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Systems & Network Administration, Human Resources, Business, or related; a minimum two (2) years’ in HR Systems or related experience
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Systems & Network Administration, Human Resources, Business, or related; a minimum four (4) years’ in HR Systems or related experience
Other Requirements:
  • Experience working in small-to-medium teams and collaborating with internal customers to achieve project goals, complete projects and contribute to a team environment
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in developing system solutions to meet business needs
  • Demonstrates project mentality with ability to set, manage and meet expectations and timelines
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Works with others collaboratively; encourages teamwork to meet common goals
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality to protect sensitive information
  • Preferred: General Workday experience, preferably among multiple modules: Payroll and Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, Security, and/or Reporting
