Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization as an Associate - Demand & Supply Planner and play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients’ supply chain efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment while driving impactful results in demand and supply planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize demand and supply planning models to derive insights and enhance forecasting precision.
  • Oversee the successful introduction of new products, ensuring seamless integration into existing planning processes.
  • Participate actively in S&OP meetings, documenting insights to contribute to the improvement of forecasting and supply planning.
  • Examine end-to-end planning processes to identify improvement opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Assess current data structures, models, and technological tools to pinpoint areas for optimization.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning, preferably in an S&OP context.
  • Proficiency with demand planning and forecasting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, capable of interpreting data to produce actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to deliver presentations effectively.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
