Job Overview

We are seeking an Early Career Product Analyst to join our innovative Data Science & Analytics team at a leading digitally-driven pharmacy dedicated to transforming the healthcare experience. In this remote position, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive significant insights that influence product development and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage deeply with data to inform strategic decisions regarding product offerings and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop robust operational models to optimize driver planning and resource allocation.
  • Extract insights to improve our talent acquisition and retention strategies for drivers.
  • Anticipate demand and manage inventory effectively to support our expanding operations.
  • Measure and evaluate the success of product launches to identify key opportunities.
  • Construct and uphold data models that facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Partner with diverse teams (Product, Research, Engineering, etc.) as a key strategic advisor.
  • Propose actionable solutions that enhance the overall experience for our patients and partners.
  • Monitor the effects of initiatives and apply findings for continuous improvement.
  • Influence product strategy through insightful recommendations and analyses.
  • Contribute to a vibrant data culture by sharing knowledge and refining our methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science).
  • Proven experience in analytics with a strong emphasis on data analysis, modeling, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Proficient in SQL and a programming language such as Python.
  • Competent in statistical inference and predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis).
  • Experience in designing and analyzing software experiments.
  • Knowledge of data transformation systems and adeptness in handling large datasets.
  • Familiar with software version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • A strong desire to utilize data-driven solutions to resolve real-world challenges.
